First, navigate to Equalization Study then to Ratio Studies.
To view the Ratio Study, click the arrow next to the study, then use the View button.
Use the Reports button to view the Certified Sales PDF Report.
To view the Computation Sheet, click on the blue VT Equalization button (shown above), then use the reports drop down to select the Computation Sheet.
