To begin, click "Continue" to the right of the Users label on the Settings tab. You will now be looking at a list of users which have access to your town. You should see your DRA monitor listed as an active town user as well. This is so they may assist you with the Equalization process as needed.

Managing Existing Users

  • To view the profile of a user and make changes to their account, click the magnifying glass (). 
  • To delete a User, click the red icon ().
  • To send a password reset email to the user, click the lock icon ()
  • Note: you may switch a town User's status to inactive and restrict them from accessing the system, but saving their User account to be reactivated at a later time.
