In scenarios where the Operating Budget fails at annual meeting, the entity must apply the Default Budget. To do so, view the Operating Budget article by clicking the green icon () next to it. On the article information page, mark the operating budget as "Failed" (1). This will display a new annual meeting question, "Apply Default?" for which you must select "Yes" (2).
Making the selection will unlock the voted appropriations column in the account code table and populate it with the values from the Default Budget. At this time you can click "Save & Next" or "Save & Home".
